Sabine Lake Fishing Report
Sabine Lake fishing is great fishing mid lake to south on the reef water still flowing down from the rivers and the fish keep coming fishing 3ft to 6ft on shell bottom lots of bait showing up best on outgoing tides. Speckled trout to 5 lbs also some redfish and flounder mixed in. The Sabine ship channel holding lots of speckled trout and flounder some redfish being caught best on incoming tide for me im fishing the banks drift fishing boxing good numbers of speckled trout and flounder. The Sabine Jetties is picking up nice trout being caught on plastic alone the rocks also the beach is holding good numbers speckled trout and redfish also. The short rigs are also holding trout and redfish on both east and west side of the jetties. Some birds working also in the evening on the out going tide nice redfish and trout being caught.
